CEO Freedom Coaching – Mastery is not a course or a group program. It’s private, one-to-one strategic coaching — twice-monthly calls with Diana, plus twice-monthly CEO Sanity Sprints and then quarterly 90-Day Planning Reset Days with a small peer group of other women business owners.

Most clients work with Diana for two to three years. Year one builds the foundation, year two focuses on growth, and year three is when the business runs without the owner at the center. Diana is direct that this is not a 90-day fix.

The CEO Freedom Roadmap Day starts at $2,500. It can be delivered virtually or in person.

The working session is five hours. A detailed intake is completed beforehand, and the written plan is delivered within days afterward.

A CEO Freedom Roadmap Day is a single standalone session that produces a written plan with no ongoing commitment. CEO Freedom Momentum is six months of group coaching and CEO Freedom Mastery is twelve months of private mentorship, both focused on implementation over time.

The plan is written so you can implement it yourself, and many people do. If you decide you want support afterward, CEO Freedom Momentum and CEO Freedom Mastery are available. There is no obligation and no pitch during the day.
