In this last episode of this series, I’m joined by returning guest Anthea Mumby – a business owner who sold her business – and we chat about the lessons she learned including some unexpected ones!

Drawing on her 30-plus years as an insurance broker, Anthea works with Canadian insurance brokerages to help with a challenge or an opportunity. She’s helped clients expand their business, acted as a stopgap due to a staffing crisis, and triaged through other 911 types of events.

In her insurance brokerage, her spouse & she achieved 7 figure revenues, thousands of long-term clients, and niche specialization.  They became experts in role clarity, communication, vision, marketing, core values, client retention and niche specialization.

As a passion project, I coach, inspire, and mentor around the biggest disruptors AND rewards of spousal-owned businesses.
