Where will the 1-Day Masterminds take place?
The first Mastermind will take place at Diana’s home, 40 Vanston Rd., Mallorytown – other locations are undetermined at the moment.
What if I can't attend the Mastermind day live?
We know that sometimes it may be difficult to attend the Mastermind Days live; in those cases, you will be able to ‘zoom-in’ for the day. In winter months, we may decide that everyone will participate by zoom so that there is less winter driving. However, you should only join the CEO Mastermind if you feel you can make the commitment to one day a month.
What is the investment for the CEO Mastermind?
The total investment is $12,000 and can be paid in monthly installments of $1,000 at the first of each month. Should you wish to pay in full, there is a bonus of a ½ day DEEP DIVE Strategy Session with Diana.
What happens after I apply?
After you apply, you’ll get a confirmation email. Then you and Diana will have a virtual coffee to discuss whether you are a good fit for the program. If you are a good fit, then the first month payment will be required to secure your spot in the program (there are only 6 spots available total).
Is there a set curriculum for the 12 months?
Not exactly – the curriculum is based on your needs and business challenges. However, we are going to give you endless ways to not just create a business that works but also to take your life back at the same time. Topics for discussion will include (but not limited to) time management, creating additional revenue streams; speaking to increase visibility, systems creation, profit, etc.
What is the agenda for each Mastermind day?
The first half of the day will be about sharing your wins and challenges with the group, getting feedback on those, and setting your monthly goals and hot seat coaching.
Lunch will be a group affair – time to learn about each other.
The second half of the day is about getting work done – right then and there! Perhaps you need time to craft a new pitch, create a sales power point presentation, draft a vision/mission statement, write content or a signature talk – whatever the project, Diana will be there for instant feedback and assistance. You’ll have the opportunity to share your work with others for their feedback as well.
