Are you interested in Grant Funding?

Get your employee training expenses reimbursed! All of our courses are eligible for Canada Ontario Job Grant funding and we are an approved job grant third party training provider.

COJG funding can offset up to 83% of training costs to a maximum of $10,000 per employee. Employers hiring unemployed individuals can receive 100% of training costs to a maximum of $15,000 per new hire.

In general, the steps would be:

Initial call to see if we are a good fit
Face to face to identify major growth issues you want solved
Create the customized program
Present the program for your approval
Write & complete the application for the grant
Deliver the program.
Present certifications

How do I know if these trainings are for me?

These trainings are meant for businesses to train their employees. To be eligible for the training grants, only employees are eligible; not owners or directors.

How long in duration are these trainings?

Each program is customized for your employees & your company’s particular situation. No two programs are exactly alike! The programs could be half-day; full-day or delivered over multiple days or even weeks. It’s what would work best for you & your employees!

Are there a minimum and maximum number of participants?

Depending on the type of program and the delivery method, there may be minimums & maximums, please get in touch to discuss your particular requirements.
