“I’m tired of spinning my wheels’….

“I want to scale my business in 2025”

“My marketing isn’t bringing me the clients I want”

If you’re a coach, consultant or professional entrepreneur, I’m guessing that at one time or another you’ve said something similar to the above!

I totally understand and remember being in that situation myself years ago.

If you’re stuck at a revenue plateau, it’s not your fault, but it’s mostly likely because you have one or all three of these problems.

1.  Lack of an irresistible, no brainer offer (program, product or service). While you may feel that your offering is wonderful, it has to be irresistible to your high-calibre, high-paying client.

Here’s what you need to solve that issue:

  1. Identify and refine your high-value client & their problem
  2. An attractive name for your offer that’s in alignment with your very best client’s urgent problem
  3. Clear & quantifiable benefits of your offer
  4. Pricing that resonates with the value you offer
  5. Sense of urgency – why they need it now
  6. Trust – in you, in your offer and in themselves!

 

2.  Weak market positioning – Unfortunately, if you’ve said one or more of the above phrases, then I’m guessing you are not ‘seen’ or perceived as THE go-to expert in your field making it more difficult to command premium pricing

The solution for that problem is to build powerful influence, credibility and visibility to stand out in your market so clients come to YOU ready to buy! This could be through gaining visibility through speaking, differentiating yourself by having your own intellectual property; and through a clear, rinse and repeatable marketing strategy. There are several ways that I teach my clients to stand out and be seen as THE go-to expert.

3.  Ineffective marketing & sales systems which aren’t allowing you to get in front of your very best client AND your sales systems are not converting at the level they should be.

An effective marketing system is just that – a system that you’ve optimized (by the way – social media isn’t a marketing system – it’s a marketing tactic).

A marketing system includes how you will pro-actively be seen by your very best clients — it could be incorporating one of these five methods: speaking, writing, audio, networking.

An effective marketing system is also measured. Where did your last clients come from? If you spend hours on social media and never get a client from it……? How effective is your marketing system? Do you measure your marketing results?

You have to learn to promote yourself like a pro implementing high-impact and highly leveraged marketing strategies including LinkedIn, virtual and live stages, high-impact podcasts for lead generation, media and social media to attract and engage hi-caliber leads, prospects and clients.

On the other hand, an effective sales system is again a system that you repeat, and optimize. Do you know your conversion rate? How many sales calls does it take to get one high-paying client?

The fact is my friend…….

You don’t need to do more in your business.

You don’t need to hustle to achieve more growth.
