This past weekend, our local small town held a Christmas evening with a Christmas market, carolers, and of course, Santa. I had great fun with my grandson even though Santa seemed a little scary to him.
But it reminded me of the days when we would sit on Santa’s lap and tell him all the things we wanted for Christmas. Sometimes, we got those presents and other times, we didn’t. It always seemed magical when we actually got what we requested on Christmas morning.

Here’s my exact plug-and-play marketing plan that can be used to generate $100K annually, quarterly or even weekly.
Always when I’m thinking about what I desire in my business in the future, it starts with a little reflection. As many of you know, this spring we sold our home and moved to a farm. Coincidentally, I had fewer clients at that time and was so grateful! The move demanded a lot of time and energy. And truthfully, there was a time this summer when I thought about retiring.
However, an inspiration came this fall when I was speaking to a group of women entrepreneurs – their keenness to learn and to move their businesses forward motivated me like nothing I had experienced in recent times.
So I made the decision and commitment to forge ahead; to reignite my business.
I created my ACTION PLAN – my marketing engine to generate revenue for my business! Here’s what I did….
1. My ‘SWAN*” strength has always been speaking (SWAN = speaking, writing, audio or networking – one of these is your best way of communicating with your prospects). So my marketing plan would be based on doing more speaking to the right groups! I started by becoming more aware of the opportunities around me and quickly booked several speaking opportunities!

2. The next part of the plan was a 5 step plug and play marketing engine:
i. Re-evaluate my free promotion (lead magnet). My Marketing Gap Scorecard seemed to get great feedback lately. It quickly added new leads to my email list. So no additional work was needed here.
I also started reaching out and booking speaking gigs to share my message. Already, one speaking gig has filled a coaching program.
What are you using as a lead magnet to generate new prospects?
ii. Next, I optimized my compelling marketing message (which requires finding your ideal audience, then saying their problem, in their own words, along with their dream solution)…. I help coaches and consultants close 5-6 figures monthly with a plug-and-play marketing engine.
iii. In the 3rd part of my plug-and-play plan, I reviewed my no-brainer offer. In doing so, I realized I didn’t have an offer for marketing other than committing to my very expensive year-long coaching program which wasn’t ideal for a lot of business owners who wanted more clients; who wanted to fill their programs; who wanted to fill their Facebook groups; who simply wanted more revenue.
So, I crafted the GROWTH CLUB and the GROWTH CLUB VIP. (If you want the deets – let me know). This is the solution (offer) for those business owners who want more clients!!
iv. Then I developed marketing materials to give to my potential customers to review…. I crafted a series of blogs, emails and social media posts based on the problem (lack of clients, sales) and the solution (5-step plug-and-play system) for their review. (I already had a signature talk which just needed a few updates).
What marketing materials do you have that will nurture your prospects?
v. Lastly, I ensured I had a follow-up process….. Not only did I develop a follow-up process for speaking gigs but also one for those business owners who expressed interest in the GROWTH Club. The fortune is in the follow-up! Often you can add a zero to your revenue just with an organized and persistent follow-up system!
My plan (which I follow daily) is already starting to show results.
What I want to share with you is that this 5-step plug-and-play system can turn any skill, talent, hobby or certification into money in your pocket!! It works for any industry and at any stage of business growth!
It’s also important to realize that the marketing work you do now in your business will bear fruit in approximately 90 days! That’s why we are starting the GROWTH CLUB in December – it’s about getting the snowball rolling asap and not waiting until after the holidays!!
