It’s here – the end of 2024!! I can’t believe that 2025 is just around the corner!
2025 is a significant year for me as it marks not only my 50th wedding anniversary but 11 years of coaching smart business owners. I’m so grateful for both of these events! I’ve been so fortunate to have a loving and supportive husband for these past 50 years! But I also feel honoured that so many business owners have trusted me to support them to grow and scale their businesses.
As I reflect on 2024, I realize that in order to stick to my commitment to work 2 ½ days and still earn $100k+, I would let go of my podcast (in other words, there will be limited new episodes released but the content will be used to support entrepreneurs. I have also made the decision to do MORE live/virtual speaking. And you might ask, why?
When I review my numbers (my data), it’s clear that speaking to the right audiences drives profit for me. My podcast on the other hand did not drive the same results. My speaking is based on having a rinse-and-repeat signature talk(s) whereas my podcast was based on constantly creating new content (although there were definitely episode series that were repeated).
That’s what my Year in Review has made me realize!
