After working with business founders for more than 10+ years, I’ve watched how most of them approach goal-setting and planning!

It’s exciting to create and launch new things in our business, but as entrepreneurs who depend on our businesses to pay bills, we can’t just press pause for 3-6 months to work on new projects. Our businesses need to be consistently generating revenue!
However, it’s difficult to focus on Revenue Generating Activities if we are constantly adding new projects to our To-Do list – there just isn’t enough time. What I see happen over and over again is that entrepreneurs focus on the new and push aside those essential revenue-generating activities (marketing). Then the revenue decreases!
So the solution is to stay focused on your most effective revenue-generating activities and create the freedom in your head and calendar for the occasional project.
