The best part about setting a big goal for your business is who you need to become in order to achieve it. It stretches you in ways that you previously haven’t achieved. You have to think, feel and act differently if you want to get results you’ve never had before.
In your own life, I’m sure you’ve stretched to achieve new goals. I remember when I became a new mother – I didn’t know how to raise a child; how to be a loving mother. I had to evolve into my role as a mother. This past year I learned how to evolve into my role as a grandmother.
What about you? Think about new roles you’ve evolved into. Perhaps you left a corporate job to become an entrepreneur? Shifting from employee to small business owner is an example of evolving.
When you have a goal to take your business to another level of success, YOU have to evolve into a greater version of yourself in order to lead your business to that new level.
