From stringing lights to wrapping gifts, our to-do lists can seem endless at this time of year and it’s important we remember to enjoy the magic, good tidings and cheer this season is truly about.

In our family, it’s all about making memories whether it’s around the dining room table on Christmas Eve eating our traditional lobster chowder or around the Christmas tree on Christmas morning.

But as I’m writing this, I’d like to turn our attention toward gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank you for welcoming me into your inbox and life.

I’ve loved getting to know and work with so many of you whether it’s your comments on social media, having you as a guest on my podcast or just having a virtual coffee!

My holiday wish for you:

This is an incredibly joyous time of year, but it can often be overwhelming both physically and emotionally. Many of us take on too much in giving to family, friends and neighbours and forget to take good care of ourselves.

Take time for yourself – even a 10-minute walk in nature or 15 minutes of free writing in your journal will be beneficial solo goodness and help you show up as your best self for others too.

This is a magical time of year. Enjoy every moment.
