I’m seeing a BIG hole in many business owners’ strategy right now and I’ve decided to do something about it starting with my June 17th workshop.

Selling out your programs, services and offerings requires three very important things – and you absolutely need all three working together:

1. Focus – Unfortunately too many small business founders aren’t naturally wired to focus – we are easily distracted by bright shiny new objects. Hence, our businesses tend to become chaotic and lack focus. Without focus, you will never build a sustainably profitable business.

2. Strategy – A strategy is not a list of things to do! A strategy is a plan and in my world, that means step-by-step actions that are put in your calendar so that you know exactly what to FOCUS on each day, week, month and for the next 90 days.

3. Simple Marketing Plan – Whether you realize it or not, your business needs a simple marketing plan that gets your message in front of the right audience.

If any one of these is missing – you have a HOLE.

This means your programs aren’t selling at the rate you’d like… and that’s not joyful (or profitable).
