How are you? Really…. How are you feeling? And pleeeease, don’t answer “I’m busy!”. We are all busy (I’m super busy with my upcoming move) but that’s what we are doing – not how we are feeling!

Have you found yourself putting in long hours; being consumed by your business and leaving YOU as last on your list of priorities?

I totally understand…I used to think that success meant having to work long hard hours and that included 60, 70 and even 80-hour weeks. But I finally learned that there’s a limit to how hard we can work for our businesses.

We need to prioritize ourselves (and our families). In order to keep our sanity, and not suffer burnout, we need to sleep, eat, have fun, exercise and do a whole bunch of other stuff.

Finally, at some point, we say “Ok, I just can’t work any harder than this”! That’s the aha moment when we become aware of our own imposed ceiling on how much growth we can achieve.

Working harder; working more is NOT the answer.

One of the best ways to work less (and profit more) is to review and analyze what has been working well and to double down on that strategy while at the same time looking for ways to optimize.

An example might be analyzing exactly where your ideal clients come from. Do those qualified leads that convert come from your social media? Unlikely!

Your email list? Perhaps.

Your speaking?

Your podcast?

To find the answer means getting down and dirty with your numbers (yes – metrics).

For me, I know that my best clients heard me speak, then got on my email list, perhaps followed me on social media, and listened to my podcast. But I only know this after taking the time to analyze. I had to stop being busy and take the time to do the deeper work.

Setting aside time to analyze (and strategically plan) is something that overworked business owners often say they don’t have time for!!! However, in reality, it’s exactly what they need to be doing to save themselves time.

That’s why each quarter, I hold a Business Freedom Planning Day.

During this day, you will:

  • Get clarity on your vision which acts as your decision-making filter.
  • Pace yourself with your 30-60-90 day plans so you have bandwidth for life.
  • Get laser coaching with me and get your questions answered.
  • Learn design strategies to actually achieve your 90-day goals.
  • Break your goals into daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals so you know exactly what to focus on.

So …. give yourself the gift of strategic planning —  June 17th (virtual).

And here’s my gift to use – use SAVE100 coupon when you save your seat at the Q3 Business Freedom Planning Day here

You can work smarter!
